We’re looking for a confident, engaging, and motivated OnlyFans Chatter to join our team. You’ll be responsible for communicating with fans, building genuine connections, keeping conversations engaging, and helping maximize sales through personalized conversations and upselling.
The ideal candidate is comfortable chatting with different personalities, knows how to keep conversations flowing naturally, and has a strong understanding of sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
*Chat with fans and maintain engaging, personalized conversations
*Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with fans
*Respond to incoming messages promptly and professionally
*Identify fan interests and use conversations to create sales opportunities
*Follow the creator's personality, tone, and communication style
*Keep conversations natural rather than relying on repetitive scripts
*Track conversations and follow team guidelines and sales strategies
*Follow up with fans when appropriate
*Coordinate with the team regarding fan preferences, sales, and important conversations
*Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
*Previous OnlyFans chatting or sales experience is preferred
*Excellent written English and strong communication skills
*Fast typing speed and ability to multitask
*Strong sales and persuasion skills
*Able to build rapport quickly and maintain conversations
*Good attention to detail
*Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer
*Available to work assigned shifts consistently
