We're a fast-growing OnlyFans management agency looking for a Reddit Growth VA to run and grow a portfolio of aged Reddit accounts that drive subscribers to our creators. You'll work under a Lead VA, manage 10–15 accounts daily, and keep them healthy (karma, CQS score, zero bans). Remote, paid weekly in crypto. Clear path to Lead VA — managing 3–4 VAs across 2–4 models.
Responsibilities
Manage 10–15 Reddit accounts daily from a jailbroken iPhone using Crane (app cloner).
Post 2–3 times per account per day following the content schedule.
Keep accounts healthy: build karma, protect CQS score, avoid bans and shadowbans.
Use proxies correctly — 1 account = 1 dedicated IP, never shared.
Follow content-uniqueness rules (no duplicate or spoofed content across accounts).
Log account status, posting schedule, and results in a Google Sheet.
Report to your Lead VA and flag any account issues immediately.
Growth path: train to become a Lead VA managing 3–4 VAs.
Requirements
MUST have your own jailbroken iPhone with Crane installed (non-negotiable — do not apply without it).
Know what a proxy is and how to use one.
Strong working knowledge of Reddit — subreddits, karma, CQS score, and ban rules.
Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets) for tracking.
Experience growing or managing Reddit accounts (examples/portfolio a plus).
Available 4–5 days per week.
Paid weekly in crypto (USDT) — must be able to receive crypto.
English proficiency (you'll navigate English-language subreddits).
