MOVA Management is hiring a reliable and experienced OnlyFans chatter for a consistent eight-hour shift. You will manage conversations for a portfolio of professional creators, build genuine relationships with subscribers, maintain each creator’s individual voice and convert conversations into sales.
You will receive structured training, Brand Bibles, proven chatting systems, conversation starters, sales sequences and support from our management team.
Starting compensation is USD $2 per hour plus 3% commission on eligible tracked sales. Strong performers will have opportunities for increased responsibility. Our Chatting Manager position pays USD $5 per hour plus 5% commission.
This role involves adult creator accounts, so applicants must be comfortable working professionally with adult conversations and content.
Responsibilities
Complete the assigned eight-hour shift consistently and punctually
Respond to subscribers quickly, naturally and professionally
Learn and maintain each creator’s personality, boundaries and writing style
Build emotional connection and long-term subscriber relationships
Use conversation starters, follow-ups and approved sales sequences
Identify buying signals and present premium content appropriately
Record important fan information, custom requests and conversation notes
Complete clear handovers for the next chatter
Track sales, activity and daily performance
Escalate problems, unusual requests and high-value opportunities
Protect creator privacy and confidential agency information
Follow MOVA systems, training and quality standards
Requirements
Strong written and conversational English
Fast and accurate typing
Previous OnlyFans chatting or online sales experience preferred
Ability to write naturally and adapt to different creator personalities
Good sales instincts without sounding scripted or overly pushy
Reliable computer, internet connection and backup connection
Availability for a consistent eight-hour shift
Excellent attention to detail and reliable shift handovers
Comfortable receiving feedback, training and performance targets
Professional attitude toward adult conversations and creator content
Honest, dependable and interested in growing with MOVA long term
