We're hiring a Chat Team Manager to run the day-to-day of our chatting operation across a roster of creators on paid subscription platforms.
This is not an entry-level chatting role. You'll be managing a team of chatters across multiple shifts, owning their output, and being accountable for revenue per creator. You'll be the person who spots that a shift underperformed, works out why, and fixes it — through coaching, script changes, better targeting, or moving people around.
You'll work closely with management on strategy, but the floor is yours. If the numbers are good, that's on you. If they're not, that's also on you.
We run a tight, transparent operation. Clear targets, clear reporting, no politics. If you've managed chatters before and you're tired of agencies that don't track anything properly, this will be a step up.
Responsibilities
Manage and schedule a team of chatters across 24/7 shift coverage
Own revenue targets per creator and per shift; report on performance daily and weekly
Monitor live conversations for quality, tone, persona accuracy and sales technique
Build, test and refine chat scripts, sales flows, PPV pricing ladders and mass-message campaigns
Onboard and train new chatters; run probation reviews and ongoing coaching
Handle escalations — difficult fans, refund requests, high-spender relationships
Maintain and update model info sheets, persona guides and SOPs so the team always works from current information
Track fan spend patterns and flag churn risk, whales and re-engagement opportunities
Enforce compliance: platform rules, content boundaries, no sharing of creator information outside the team
Report to management with clear numbers and clear recommendations, not vague updates
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years managing a chatting team on OnlyFans, Fanvue or similar paid subscription platforms
Proven revenue results — you'll be asked for specifics on pages you've run and what you grew them to
Fluent, natural written English; able to write and edit persona-accurate copy that doesn't read like a script
Strong grasp of PPV strategy, upselling, sexting flows, tipping mechanics and fan segmentation
Comfortable with numbers — able to read earnings data, spot trends and act on them
Experience with team tools (Discord, Slack, Google Sheets, tracking dashboards, CRM or chatting software)
Reliable high-speed internet and a stable working setup
Available across time zones and willing to be reachable during peak hours
Discreet and professional — you'll handle sensitive creator information
Must be 18+
Nice to have
Experience hiring and training chatters at scale
Familiarity with Fanvue specifically
Second language (Spanish, Portuguese or Tagalog useful for team management)
